Do I need a membership to order from wombatlodge.net.au?
No. Simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to Checkout.

 

Is there a minimum order requirement?
No, we have No minimum order requirement and No membership fees. You can order as much or as little products and gifts as you wish.

 

How do I place an order?

After browsing through our ‘On Line store’, once you have settled on an item that you wish to purchase: first click on the product then click Add to Cart, then select the Qty desired and the items will automatically be placed into your Shopping Cart.

  1. Click Continue Shopping until all the items you desire have been added to your cart.
  2. Once you have finished shopping, click to View Cart.
  3. All the items you selected will be listed – along with the qty, item name and price.
  4. Here you can easily modify, add more or remove unwanted items.
  5. You will need to enter all of your delivery and contact details as required,
  6. click Proceed to Checkout, to calculate the final amount being payable for shipping / handling and insurance.
  7. Confirm order to link to paypal for payment.
  8. Your order will be acknowledged by return email as soon as it has been submitted.
  9. A subsequent email will be sent notifying you when your order has been shipped.

 

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards accepted through Paypal.

 

What if I haven’t received my order?
In the unlikely event that your order is not received, please email us at sales@wombatlodge.net.au as soon as possible so we can investigate your order.

 

How fast will my order be shipped?
Your order will be acknowledged by return email as soon as it has been received.

 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No sorry we do not. An address must be provided.

 

What is your return policy?

Wombat Lodge does not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where the goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from the images show. We will exchange goods at the purchasers cost of return freight.

The purchaser must bear the cost of returned goods unless they are faulty or wrongly supplied.

The purchaser must notify us by email of any concerns in regards to their purchase within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

The purchaser may not return goods without emailed authorization from Wombat Lodge, and then we must receive the goods within 14days from authorization.

All refunded or exchanged products must be in the same new condition as they were sold to you. All product labels, boxes/packaging must be unmarked, unopened and intact upon receipt of return.

Wombat Lodge reserves the right at our sole discretion to determine if the goods are in the same condition as supplied.
